Have you been to the mountains lately and noticed all the artwork on the barns as you drive by?  A barn quilt is a large piece of wood that is painted to look like a quilt block and traditionally displayed on the front or side of a barn.

Here at Sticky Bottoms, we have added an urban twist to the barn quilt, in what we call the Urban Porch Quilt.  Our version of the "quilt block" is a mandala.  The word "mandala" means circle; a mandala represents the circles of life encompassing friends, family, and community.
